Misleading title and poor content

I am confused with this book .... Although it succinctly expresses what nonviolent communication in the education of children, the fact remains that no real added value introduction. Let's say that we can find the same explanations for free on the internet. I feel that the author is trying to rip us:

1) few concrete examples of his "patients", he speaks only of his own case with his children.
2) it puts each situation in a very realistic setting, how does one go for difficult children, violent, the family framework etc ...
3) the book is one hundred pages, but one in two is white or printed with a small sentence from the previous page.

In short, he asks a situation, we said that non-violent communication is the solution but is unable to substantiate why ... Basically if you are looking for alternative solutions to raise your child and develop confidence in it missed him .. .fuyez personally I lost 4.95euros
