mixed feelings! all question of price and performance!

Have this fridge-freezer cheaper .. not from here, but for almost 50% of the e-commerce
(German dealer, goods from Poland obviously reimported ...)
The replacement of the old combination (also Siemens) after 12 years proved to be difficult, since
the existing front panels should fit again.

You have to know what you're getting yourself ..
The fridge-freezer is technically (especially electronic) certainly very innovative;
A ++, separate control etc ...
The mechanical design of the "flat hinges" by Hettich but leaves nothing
Good ... expect:
The door of the large refrigerator compartment (incl. The heavy front panels / MDF) is only two flat hinges
kept, attached only to the refrigerator body!
The previous model had 3 hinges were also also bolted to the cabinet body (sliding hinge)
The concerns in a previous review because of "Hettich hinges tow" I can from home improvement experience
Share with hinges of the same brand perfectly!
Hope this unit (and the hinges) holds at least the next 5 years!
Conclusion:
- Do not buy over thousands of EUR!
- One has to take into consideration alternative: fitted wardrobe demolition and replacement by freestanding combination!
- With mechanical defects in the hinges is to rel. short time expected.

Overall judgment therefore only mediocre!
