Aimed at young teenagers and their parents or educators, the collective work explains what emotions and full of practical advice, exercises, to tame.
It is written in a style that I find appropriate for youth, accurate, clear, without vulgarity, familiarity is limited to the use of the pronoun "you" in the chapters for the young, and the third person, much more impersonal in those intended for adult supervisors. Playback is very nice, never pontificating.
My only regret is that the general discourse, examples and exercises all revolve around the football, all the mode does not practice, far from it, but it's certainly the price of effectiveness: what might look like a moral lesson becomes a method to increase performance, what young passionate about it it would not be sensible?
