Amazon called customer service this directed me to the manufacturer ASUS. The manufacturer sent me an email with the same DHL shipping label etc. device is now the manufacturer and is waiting for its repair. I do not hope that my selbiges as User Barbara happens because even I have left my battery and power supply in its original box. All in all, certainly not a good start for my ASUS choice because I without having to send it in the same repair really go out of the at today's "high-quality" products, a final check takes place that also provides a perfect product available to the consumer. So let's wait and see ..... UPDATE review follows then with hopefully successful repair of the product
