The driver of the card supports only USB 3.0, when the connected device has a hardware identifier of Lacie. If a hard drive from a different manufacturer, connect a card reader or a scanner, for example via a USB 3.Kabel, the device appears überhapt not to a USB 2 cable, it would run, but only with USB 2 Geschwindgkeit. This can be the Mac Pro but even without this card.

For me, USB 3.0 is a standard, to turn it into a "plain LaCie standard", is a genuine outrage.

Conclusion: 0 stars + golden lemon and a giant scratch in the brand image. Something like that you do not easily.
