More pop, more kitsch, polished, but lived well!

"Mine is yours" was somewhere a difficult birth. Fear was written on the forehead every fan. Reasons were the one of the new style of the 3rd plate, the new, smoother sound and the fear that the CWK as a "Kings of Leon" -Abklatsch might sound with the same interest to bathe in the clear waters of the mainstream.
In my opinion, everything was done right here. The plate throughout is exactly from what many had a great fear. It is definitely not as dirty and rough as its two predecessors, is no longer so dark and heavy. Now there are emotions and joy in the foreground. This 180 ° turn was however mastered skillfully:

1. "Mine is yours": The first track of the album convinces with cheerful and hope-laden mood even if the song is kept fairly simple. Surprise one can not expect here, but a consistently successful Eintieg and signposting for all subsequent tracks.

2. "Louder than ever": The first single of the CWK + Video. Right short song with just under 2'40, but a work that rocks! This track reminds me of the ersgten two plates, although even here the new influence is felt. The chorus goes well into the ear and has nice singalong quality. one of the faster tracks on the album.

3. "Royal Blue": Here one is reminded of the earlier works. The verse is very Bluesy and the chorus reminds me a bit of Brit-Rock (Babyshambles). Very nice, aht appealed to me immediately.

4. "Finally Begin": For me, the weakest song of the record, although I find the verse quite pretty. But the refrain does not want me satisfied. That's me then but a little too pop-predictable. Pity about the really beautiful verse.

5. "Out of the Wilderness": From here we go wrong with my personal highlights. I think the great middle of the album on absolutely herrausragensten. "Out of the Wilderness" is quite large. Big emotions, great emotions, great class. The quieter midsection has goosebumps guarantee.

6. "Skip the Charades": Wonderfully. Since I can not do anything more to say here, I was overwhelmed with feelings of happiness directly. Class ballad (if one may say so). Here one is actually a bit reminiscent of the latter works the "Kings of Leon". Did I really liked.

7. "Sensitive Kid": Many do not like the song because I've been worried. But I must say that I am very fond of the track. Elektonisch, experimentally (at least for the CWK), minimalist and somehow different. I found it refreshing!

8. "Bulldozer": The title does what it promises. It is bulldozed. A Dampfwaltze of a song. The end promises goose bumps and here brings frontman Nathan Willett everything from his lungs out.

9. "Broken Open": Nice song, but he needed to hear a couple of times because it is above something rushed past me. Here is not kept up with the 4 previous tracks. One of the weaker songs on the record. Has opened to me only after a certain time.

10. "Cold Toes on the cold floor": nostalgia. A typical CWK track. Very Bluesy, dark and loose, not to say cool. Power when driving Tiersch fun ;-)

11. "Flying Upside Down": Epic end of the plate. A very full song, which threatens not to explode. Mir is the last song on an album is always very important. I think it's like the end of a film, there must again be brought out everything. They do that here quite well, had a vocal explosion as "Bulldozer" though found even better, but as the match already.

All in all a very nice album, although I still prefer the likes 2.Platte the guys. Has definitely deserves a strong buy recommendation.
