Caveat: antennas for DVB-T are such a thing. After buying these hochlegobten antenna I know that the correct positioning is much more important than a particularly good antenna.

In fact sparked the correct positioning, which is partially arrives to a few millimeters, my supposed reception problem (!) - I get now without problems with my passive rod / stub antenna for 2.50 euros all the channels that are to receive it in the greater Berlin!

The VEGA power 20 + antenna managed passively by the way 3 percentage points more received power than my cheap antenna for 2.50 Euros (at the transmitter under test the reception performance was indicated by 83% instead of 80%). Active, ie via the extra adjustable power over my receiver from Xoro, there were just 0.0% improvement - so absolutely no difference! That's out of the question for an additional charge of about a factor of 9 - the antenna is a stellar ember. 2 stars there for minimally better reception performance in the passive state.
