Most convincing protein on the market

I use this protein more than two years and am always thrilled. I have in the meantime also tried other products, but none have me as convinced as the Optimum Nutrition Whey. The powder dissolves well in milk or water, there are very delicious flavors (see below), and I can take it very well despite lactose intolerance. The composition is also very good - here I simply trust the manufacturer's instructions, because I can not verify this. Incidentally, I have always several flavors at home, so I can change from time to time.

Because I have asked myself before my first order, which is probably hidden behind the individual flavors, here is a short list:

Extreme Milk Chocolate
Chocolate flavor, tastes something like Kaba, not too sweet, is well suited for use in water.

Double Rich Chocolate
Also chocolate, but less milk flavor. Was not my cup of tea, especially not with water.

Strawberry Banana
Strawberry / Banana, where the banana flavor dominates. Tasted a bit artificial, very "American", but I'll order again. Tastes good in water.

Rocky Road
Rocky Road is a dessert made of chocolate, almonds and marshmallows. The powder is extremely sweet and tastes pretty intensively for Amaretto. My case was not me.

Vanilla Ice Cream
That's a pretty tasteless and less sweet version of the protein, such as soft ice cream. Was only together with a syrup, a little cinnamon, a banana ... tasted.

French Vanilla Cream
This is the classic vanilla flavor. Can I drink again.

Banana Cream
I find the banana taste quite pleasant, not too sweet and not too artificial. Tastes okay even in water.

Mocha Cappuccino
OK, a little bit in the direction of instant iced coffee - while slightly chocolaty, not too sweet. Actually, quite tasty and palatable water.

Classic you take whey protein yes with water, since it can be taken up fastest by the body. So I do that whatsoever immediately after training. In addition, I mix me every morning after getting a shake with milk - which brings me the first few hours throughout the day, and I can take it much better than "normal" protein powder.

Update: I have now begun to add the nutritional value of each product, because I noticed that the amount of carbohydrates is very weak, they only suitable for an extremely carbohydrate-restricted diet.
