I sit occupationally long hours on the computer and had been several standard mice in use. Over the past few years I realized that I got pain in the wrist and forearm in and permanent cramps occurred. Unfortunately, bandages and massage did not help much. About advice of other users I came 6 months ago on this mouse and use it ever since. Of course, the new hand position is getting used to; that's the intention. But with a little patience, I had a few days no more problems. But even more important is that the cramps and pain for 6 months completely off. For I've got no little hands (about 20 cm top middle finger - wrist). The fingertips rich addition to using the mouse buttons, but I do not feel as a problem. My tip: Try it out. The mouse is properly processed and so far shows no signs of wear or technical problems. The smooth thumb rest makes optical head turner, but is not necessarily the grip. In view of my previous mouse arm problems I can only recommend this as an alternative mouse.
