I read this book when it came out (in full size) after the very nice biography on JP2 of the same author. I found this book not very useful as it surfs on certain subjects without ever deepening nothing. The author provides no evidence that it advance. We must take his word. Nothing on the power of Opus Dei in the heart of the Holy See, what about the canonization of the founder of Opus Dei? nothing ... This is a nice book to read as a family but has not aged very, very far from what is expected today to this kind of 'literature'.
