Much smaller than in the datasheet & High disappointing

I have just received the device and am very disappointed in the refrigerator. The LG should serve as a release for my Bosch KGV39VI30 / 06, but now, unfortunately, go back to Amazon. The reasons for this, there are (unfortunately) a few:

- The LG has 350 liters entire capacity indicated, is nevertheless smaller at every nook and cranny, as Bosch, that is loaded with 344 liters. Percentage of LG has more volume "wasted" for deep-freeze areas, by which the interior of the refrigerator compartment clearly suffers.

- The door has a really strange locking technology. If we make this a 90-degree angle on (the closed state), so it does not remain in this angle. Instead, it falls back again and want to reconnect. Shortly before, however this creates, it is because of a peculiar mechanism, intercepted and springs back. The result is that the refrigerator door basically never do what you really want. You will not fully open, so a hands-free loading is possible, yet she goes to the right, without momentum or equivalent weight in the refrigerator door.

- Another interesting effect is the roving pressing the air inside the refrigerator. If you close the door of the refrigerator jerky, so you can see how the door of the freezer is forced out. One has the feeling, as if at any moment they jump on their own. I do not know if that if the rubber seal is not so new in a few years, will not in fact be the case.

- The subjects of the door in the refrigerator compartment. What can I say? In the top, foldaway tray will not even fit a small jar Dijon mustard. Even if you manage, the glass, or for example reinzubekommen a cup cream cheese there, the specialist can no longer close, once it is in there. Basically, the top tray actually good only for eggs (with the included eggshell a real joke is) or smaller Plastikbeutelchen with Parmesan or similar ..

- The subjects of the door in the refrigerator compartment, Part 2. If you open the door in 90-degree angle, so can the freshness boxes pull up to half grade times, because they stick to the subjects of the door. A normal-sized cauliflower you do not get for example at a time in one of these subjects. It must always be taken to ensure that the right of the door is enough space to open these to over 90 degrees.

- The sharp Handle: Probably an isolated incident with me, however, stands out on my device the upper metal edge on the grip on the plastic cover. If you, when enclosing the handle with your hand, the thumb lays on top, one notices a sharp edge on the skin. Taking it a bit to the side, so you also get an immediate cut in the skin.

- Screw loose? No, is completely missing. On the top of the refrigerator door is a cover which can be removed for the purpose of to reconfigure for the hinge. The unit supplied to me in a bolt is completely missing, so the cover is relatively easy on the door.

- No flat surface on the top: This refrigerator is not allowed to provide a toaster or similar things on top of him, up there is no smooth surface. Instead, in the middle is a relatively large metal cover, which has a curvature upwards. On the plate is a punched into labeling which states that only a technician can open it.

All in all acts of the fridge, apart from the outer metal optics, not dibasic. The plastic in the interior is very fragile, the interior offers compared to the Bosch I have mentioned much less space. Throws you the door a little harder, so shaking the entire device, despite the proud own weight, like an old PAX IKEA. For a single household / Young the appliance is safe super, as it brings very low lifecycle costs and a long warranty with in spite of my opinion exaggerated original price. If I were 20 again, this device would surely come with closer in my choices. At the latest in a two-person household this refrigerator is however significantly undersized at least, if you do not nourished most of the time of ready meals / Away.

As a final observation, I can say only that the Samsung, Gorenje- or Panasonic products by 500, which stand around in all kinds of markets, also did not look worse than this more than 700 expensive device. & - - Since the present day neither the manufacturer nor seem to consider necessary the markets, their full range of products (distributed among the individual markets within a city) set up, one unfortunately only the Try remains Error-way I him went on Amazon. I would have * seen my device only too happy before * the order in real, then I would have (and the environment) saves an unnecessary delivery / collection. Too bad!

Now, after a day of an open window in the kitchen (with a few degrees outside temperature) smell of the refrigerator remains extremely plasticky. The bulk purchase, the fridge, unfortunately, can not particularly cope well, because, as mentioned earlier, simply is not enough space inside the refrigerator compartment to a 1-week load of vegetables, fruits and other foods for a two-person household in which a lot of self-cooked, accommodate.

The running noise is in this refrigerator one of the few bonus points: He's actually very quiet. The sound is more like a fan than a humming refrigerator, which is very pleasing to the soundscape. With open doors in the apartment my Synology NAS is more noticeable than the refrigerator.
