Unfortunately, I have exactly the same experience as another customer also. The device runs too hot. I had deceived myself when purchasing from the many positive reviews and ordered the same 2 pieces, one for me and one as a gift. Now both go back. Also, I was expecting something better. Especially since my daughter is very happy with 7'er series.
