Bulb good manufacturing and well finished. In the announcement it is stated 4000K (Kevin) but on the base of the bulb is marked 4100K.
Lights as well as a compact fluorescent 15 W and 4000k but in a much whiter light shade.
The glass part is not a solid white, but a frosted white.
Ignition is actually immediate.
