The structure designed for an exceptionally gifted handyman as not particularly problematic:
- I recommend to use a place mat (eg .: Friedola Uni Sport mat place mat Floor Safe, 90x200.)
- The individual components while flying merrily around in the box, but are packaged separately.
- The screws are very well packed, grouped clean and generally quite dibasic. Here is my next tip: mark against parts lists the individual screws + washers at the same packing, which saves later fumble.
- The third page of the assembly instruction indicates a clear maximum on the load capacity of the device, total and per compartment (the Butterfly eg 30 kg so may be loaded up to ... I see per page..)
- One downer: The diagrams or exploded diagrams show each part significantly, but the manual has some nasty typo. So z. B. will take a screw with the number 40 printed the number 46. This cost quite a bit of time.
With unpacking, setting up, set up and clean up, I was busy just over 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
A first workout I have behind me. In summary, there is at this price quite a nice and flexible bench, when you have to make not too many compromises. As with most exercises a translation as an embodiment in the gym lacks (lat excluded), you have to go down possibly at the weights at the beginning of something. I see this as an advantage but, although one must pay attention to a clean Ausühren the exercises even more, to avoid injury.
Beginners with previous knowledge and advanced in the field toning should thus come a few years cope.
In the professional field, or if more than one person to work at the same time, it is clear: For really heavy loads, the bank is not designed here have her respective towers of Ultra Sport, Christopeit, Kettler or more.
A star deduction I give for the following points:
- Said typo in the assembly instructions
- A Training Manual with training proposals is completely missing. Basically you have to abgucken the exercises with other manufacturers.
For a distributed on 2-3 days training, I still recommend a dumbbell to vary exercises once can and possibly an abdominal trainer (z. B. From Carver Pro). To warm even an exercise bike or elliptical machine of your choice, for me it is the Ultra Sport Home Trainer F-Bike with hand pulse sensors.
Basically, you should buy any weight bench with a certain training knowledge. Absolute beginners and untrained belong to the gym with personal advice and instruction!
