Cute tea light for placing emphasis. Batteries are included and in my opinion full upon delivery. For my taste, the brightness is too strong, but a tip from me:

A Removing the battery! Works just as well, but not quite as bright.

I can unfortunately not accurate to say about the life / power consumption.
