Music is a matter of taste, right?

Yes, I confess to one or the other CD to buy time on the recommendations without listening to me before. Sometimes I am happy when I think a part of me Hammer yet unknown band in your hand and sometimes I wonder what got into me because ;-). I give each CD several opportunities because there are some that are so complex that they require multiple Hördurchläufe. I was after the first praise reviews but curious to see what awaits me and take time in advance, a disappointment in itself it was not. However, not much more. Solid Power Metal but without real highlights. The entire CD is always built according to the same pattern boring, it is tough to hear the CD through. Some intro makes itself heard before everything goes back to the famous song structure. And somehow I lack a real highlight, a catchy tune is caught. Sorrow Is Your Tale could go in the direction. The chorales in the choruses do not tear me away, the Mighty missing somehow. Perhaps already created this impression, because already many stanzas are sung in several voices, why? So short conclusion: The CD I will not often get out of the closet, because too much is missing to me. How do I judge the CD. Hammer Falls (R) evolution for me was even a CD, which I call "Not bad, but nothing more" rated 3 stars have. However, it comes with a few more highlights ... but 2 star is also not worth Rave Head ;-). As the opening act, I would always welcome the music, but as a headliner I would not go there .... And now please do not tear up that the CD is not a highlight for me. Thanks!
