This disk is a piece of world music in the best sense. Here, an incredible all-star band have come together to one of the most gifted singers of our time to accompany. In concert you will all the great who have gathered here (many of Manfred Eicher's ECM universe) probably not as fast together get us so we are left with the devotional listening this bewitching sounds that the means of jazz, the Slavic with the African culture combines sensible way and so the essence of this music captures that connects all cultures. That Anna Maria Jopek has returned on this album to her Polish mother tongue is a great happiness.
