Before coming to this product to shock I have the cinnamon from the discounter used until I read the article that this includes "coumarin" in large extent and may result in high intake to liver and kidney damage, so should the Ceylon cinnamon prefer because it is lightly loaded.
The whole thing is to read on the Internet, I can only confirm.
For this product, I can only report positive, delivery was very fast and well packed.
Compared to discounter cinnamon is the smell of this is not as intense, will be well aware that this is no aroma, the taste is pleasant.
It is supplied in bags, because I sprinkle the cinnamon on coffee, I use the empty vial from the discounter.
The powder is already loose and spreads easily.
