I tested it with a friend, before you buy, because Article is not given ... but it's magic. When brushing my first Birman (yet well maintained) I pulled a huge ball of hair and - above all - dead undercoat. In other words, those I usually found on my couch. Just go smoothly: touch is enough! No risk of hurting the cat, but it's worth checking beforehand that no ticks at the risk of tearing, which is not desirable. This inevitably reduces hairballs ingested during grooming cat (and ensuing regurgitation).
From the 2nd day, my cats wanted more: one was rubbing himself against the brush and another for the first time, let me brush his belly. I am delighted and I highly recommend! Apparently, my 8 cats also recommend you if they knew how to write!
