On the way I like listening to with ear-headphones, as the sound is indeed very direct and bassy. In comparison, (one can not really compare) I was first slightly disappointed. The music initially seemed shallower, quieter and too little bassy. But everything is much clearer and more audible than InEars. And not to be underestimated is also the input source - from your phone, the sound is slightly different and in my opinion is weaker than the computer. As audio sources the Nokia Lumia 920, a Samsung Galaxy Pocket and a MacBook serve me (OS X 10.9). With the MacBook I do not turn up to the stop, with the Lumia depending song possibly already. The Samsung Galaxy Pocket sounds while compared to the least differentiated. Generally I like the AE2w design, ease the listener in general, and the clear and wide sound. How experienced sound, has a lot to do so with personal preferences and is also a matter of taste. He met my taste. It is nice that my ears do not sweat while listening and it expresses nowhere uncomfortable. Nevertheless, they keep very well. One negative is the poor shielding of the sound to the outside - it is already quite a lot of noise to the outside and that may not be so desirable in public transport. Therefore, I use it for the home, for example balcony. He also seems to me too sensitive to take him. I also think that there is already a firmware update. Since then he zickt not as rum in conjunction with the MacBook. All in all I am very excited and do not want to give him.
