four stars because my kids are absolutely thrilled! It fits both my 2 1/2 year old daughter as well as my 3 1/2 year old son thanks to the adjustable inner-belt. The visor can be totally cool push it up and my little gets the chinstrap loose alone on and again. Well, the helmet is not perfect, but for the price absolutely fine. A star deduction because both elements on the helmet askew glued or now have a peel! I find that very pity because the sticker front is finally the hallmark of Fireman Sam and his team and then is placed on the part of my son's great importance. Helm came as usual from Amazon on packaged very well and within 2 days with us. Conclusion: a must for every true fan Fireman Sam (had been a red helmet from the toys-but the load was only in the area - was not a "real" Fireman Sam Helmet). Value for money I find here absolutely fine
