My personal favorite new discovery this winter :)

The mixture "Oh du Fröhliche" of Herbaria has convinced me to the fullest line. I am so very excited that I have now bought another 6 spice mixtures from Herbaria.
The taste is just great, wonderful winter and intense - the application very simple (ie not overdose!): You have the seasoning only with wine, juice, etc. boil and let them go.
The ingredients (cinnamon, sweet orange peel, hibiscus flowers, lemon peel, allspice, elderberries, ginger, star anise, cloves, anise, pepper Lang) are harmoniously matched to one another, without one of those individual spices would very stand out.

My personal favorite winter drink:
1 liter of fruit and
1 liter of red fruit juice blend (including high C Red fruits)
2 TL "Oh Du Fröhliche"
boil and let stand, sweet as needed and you have a wonderful non-alcoholic punch for children. Compared to the candied Kinderpunsch-drinks from the supermarket and Co. flavorful miles ahead and also much healthier.

At first glance the price seems really quite high and almost stopped me from buying this mixture. The price perspective but again, considering that the mixture is really very productive. I do not consider myself at the recommended dosage on the package (!) - I use per liter 1 heaping teaspoon and that is absolutely enough for our taste. And thus obtained several liters of delicious punch beverage until the can is empty.
Still 2 tips for you:
"Oh Du Fröhliche" refined and cabbage / red cabbage very well and fit, but simply give some spice in a tea infuser and hang out with in the pot while cooking.
Also very tasty etc. for punch The combination with Herbaria "Hot Apple Cider" spice mixture of apple juice, 1-pack (1 x 100 g tin) - Organic, but then I take 1 teaspoon each spice mixture for 2 liters of fluid.
