Now I use already 3 years in a row, the Kaspersky Internet Security and was always very happy. This time it's different; since I have the 2015er Version installed on my laptop, my internet connection 5-7 x is simply cut daily. I turned to Kaspersky Support (KS) and we also have very active communication, there was one very diligently to help me, but have helped the measures that I have made loud statements in any way. The problem is exactly the same, even after I repeatedly the latest version (which I had already purchased and installed) had to download repeatedly. We have communicated exactly 30 days, the instructions were becoming more complicated so that can make (in my opinion), only the most experienced users or IT should the required instructions. I could do this not in any case because my 1st knowhow and 2. the time missing to make all these changes. I have communicated this KS and asked to send me any further mails, since it leads to nothing; I was then proposed the "problem as solved" to report. I have now done, although the problem still exists, will now decide for another Security product. I can not understand that an antivirus program while super 3 years work, and then, according to the latest version, sudden problems .....
