Since I live on the south side of a top floor apartment and the July 2013 brought very high temperatures with it, I had to rely on the purchase of a ventilator. The shipment via Amazon proceeded as always without any problems. The structure of the fan but then was not too easy thing. The guide was not very informative and edited the fixtures more than bad mechanically. The thread for example, were very badly drilled. However, after the construction and the first use I was very surprised about the low volume of the fan. Allowed to set up the fan from about 5 feet up, was a right already cold, so I would definitely recommend rather to direct the fan so that in space there is an affordable and pleasant air circulation. After 1 month intensive use makes unfortunately then also the affordable price of the fan noticeable. He is loud and flutters. But you want unless mandatory with an active fan sleep interferes with the one not.
Overall, the fan for the price is a good acquisition. However, the quality of a typical AEG device he did not! If you can afford it, I recommend rather buying a smaller air conditioning. Fans finally cool the air not from, but make only for a perceived as a cold air stream, as opposed to air conditioning.
