Possibility of the bios upgrade bios to a customer for compatibility (SATA Hot-Swap, CD SATA port> SD, up to 16GB RAM, ...)

Potentiometer to kiss the Tr / min fan and noise
Possibility of adding in addition to the 4 DD, 2 others in the CD drive slot.
USB port present on the motherboard (which can contain the OS ESXi)
