This ninth volume covers a large part of the fourth part of the manga sailor moon (which has five in all). If this one is not my favorite, graphically, it is extremely accomplished and the author has made some alterations boards to further improve the result compared to the original edition. The reading is made in the original meaning and translation is impeccable.
