On my return from a training camp in Brittany on algae and edible plants of the sea, a Parisian girlfriend who has not made this internship, I strongly recommend this book. I immediately bought it and it's really what I expected. Photos are exceptional and therefore no way to confuse algae. Anyway, it says in this book as well as to French course no algae is toxic. But when I m ^ should read the recommendations and advice of the book which swarm. The recipes are well illustrated. I do not always know what are the ingredients; should go to a Japanese store, but these recipes are a good basis for inspiration. On already knows those that can be eaten raw or cooked. You can also buy dried seaweed in a health food store and it is cheap. This is what I do because the Belgian coast, I do not find much ......... good next time I will stay at low tide ...... (just kidding). ............
