The first device was TomTom XL IQ Routes with a card for the entire Europe. Everything was fine and dandy, but already from the beginning of the battery lasted only a maximum of 25 minutes. After just over a year the unit has stopped completely to charge the battery, was then replaced by the manufacturer and sold off on eBay.
Now I have TT XL IQR Central Europe. Was the thing really super satisfied, the battery life has improved significantly compared to the older model. But now, in time for the end of the warranty Navi has ceased to make noises. First, I have not taken the problem seriously: a year ago I had a similar problem and could very easy "out and back to sound" correct by. Today, I have dealt with it, and was able to fix the problem either by setting even by reinstalling the software. Quick search on the Internet revealed that the speakers at the TT XL gladly give up the ghost. Stupid that the warranty has expired a week ago :(
I do not know my way with its competitors, why hold back with recommendations. But after two defective TomToms of two, I am very unhappy with the brand.
