Never again another grill :)

We decided after much consideration for a Weber grill. For the price, however, the pros and cons you should thoroughly consider. Ultimately, we chose for the master touch GBS 57cm. The delivery took place just great quickly and within a short time, Amazon.

Packing:
The packaging is done in the original carton Weber, all packed neatly, no loose parts in a box, so no damage or other defects.

Content:

Structure:
The construction can be carried out within about 15 minutes due to the good description. There are hammer and screwdriver needed, otherwise all parts are included.

Angrillen:
Using the Anzündkamines (accessory), the coal is brought up to temperature within 30 minutes and can be introduced into the grill. Thanks to the 2 enclosed carbon brush holders can be zones for direct or indirect grilling produce. Once the grill is ready to start up :) with the meat. Angrillen with direct heat and then a few more minutes in the indirect zone to follow suit. Wonderful. No grease fire, no smoke, no traces of grease (if you use the aluminum grease tray). Afterwards still the same potatoes in the indirect zone finished in 1h. What sets us apart is very impressed with how long the grill on temperature remains (close lid!). With a carbon filling was just under 4 hours and the grill was still at 200 ° C. Could not be better.

Cleaning:
Thanks to the One-Touch cleaning system of the grill is cleaned in 5-10min. Ash falls into the ash pan, possibly short nachkehren with Bessen and ready.
