Occurred in November (3rd week) 2009 to the first substantial error, bearing damage made washing impossible.
The customer service I shared telefonsch with the problem, I was told that the problem is known and a technician would only come over if that would be arrived spare parts. After 2 weeks !! Finally came the technician to see what because the machine has a problem?!? !!!
Eventually made by etlichem back and forth exchange of the camp (run less than a year) is already in January 2010 !!!!
There were no refunds or the like, the customer service is the last service and no trace.
Meanwhile (May 2010) is again a crucial error, it's weekend, the laundry is still in there - there's nothing more and the customer service may no longer be mentioned actually ...
I am seriously now almost a year old machine to go to scrap.
One thing is certain - no more or BAUKNECHT WHIRLPOOL! If under the machine name you nachschaut (Internet search engines) you will find plenty of other unhappy customers - it is the only Trosdt that it is linen individual case.
Only way other consumers are to warn assessing opportunities here and I take for the first time in my life come true because this insolence is unreasonable!
