Never had such a bad headset

The only positive is the Tragekofort and the sound when it for times not hums or whistles. Have it tested on multiple sound cards and only by my good external sound card I had temporarily no hum in the ear. Have the headset gifted and was from the beginning skeptical because I had to change incredibly many settings until it finally worked so as I wanted. And now after half a year I am completely disappointed. Headset is already broken in two places because of its rigid plastic. Material very inflexible. Had after 2 weeks a crack in plastic and my head is not that big.

- The microphone is not very flexible
- Tedious installation and de-installation of the microphone
- The plastic of the bracket is far too stiff and breaks very quickly!
- Cable twist regularly, even very unflexbibles material
- Loud humming and crackling in many settings (you need an exceptionally good sound card), otherwise it is simply unbearable
- Extreme noise (pipes) for interlocutors when the microphone is a bit too loud
- No instructions on how to use the volume control (had to try for a long time)
- Plastic wrapping the headphone plug already broken

Honestly, for such a high price I would expect a much better quality. Very bad. Will never buy again what from this company. An absolute impudence this product .....
