In April 2014 came at operating the bbq once problems: Electrical discharges, arc, the house fuse jumped out. Since there was still guaranteed, I sent the unit to Tefal, from where it returned after a few days, but with a new damage, a plastic piece on the hinge was broken. After consultation with the Customer again sent to Tefal. This time it took a little longer, I was informed that the spare part is not in stock. After 10 days, came my
Grill repaired back. No explanation of what was broken in the electrical system, but that's probably normal. The customer service was very friendly and helpful, I could return the unit both times unfree. In this respect, no complaints. Nevertheless, we are following the dramatic lightning and firecrackers insecure when using and use the grill only rarely and with reservations, even though since the repair occurred no more disorder (was in the first few months indeed ok)
