I suppose since over a year PowerBar80 to me so that I support muscle recovery and construction. The protein is a mixture of whey and casein are, good and is extra creamy. If you use more powder you can even make a pudding of it. With milk the Lion Shake tasted really awesome and quite ok with water, but since the new mixture is reversed with milk well it tastes just ok and with water quite well. Can the product is no longer a friend, as the new mixture indeed but also high-quality proteins has has subsided taste I will switch to another product.
