New or used? 1

I bought two of these lamps dynamos that have been delivered to me in a cardboard package with no internal protection despite the space and possible impact within the package. On one, there is the key ring, on the other, there are not even ... I asked myself, to see scratches on the clear plastic if they are new or used. To see the status of the buttons which are already discern signs of wear, is suspicious: are they spent in a washing machine?
I do not recommend these lamps because they seem mediocre, and considering the price, 8 euros this is not anything you can find better elsewhere. There is no blinking the function that is most convenient, the handle does not seem strong at all ... well, go your way ...
