This book cleanliness done pretty well around the question of the pot (you can pee and poo, how we moved there, day and night) and he generally interested my 2 year old daughter. Yet it remains a step below the book "What he has in your bed?" for example which, although simpler, addresses the issue in a more positive way. The story ends well but we feel the little lion a little anxious the whole time in his misunderstanding of the purpose that his parents seem to have offered him no explanation (?). Similarly, smelly poo in the pot seems to bother him. But apart from that, the book remains nice and designs are owls.
