The design and color are really nice on the kettle against it is a little bruillante because it is all metal that does not stifle the sound. At first I was a bit scared because it was a large plastic smell but after some weeks of using the odor is gone, and never affected the tastes of my brevage! Scare as early as full automatic stopper if débullitions put too much time this trigger, causing an overflow which made the kettle HS for 24 hours.
