The glasses are still clear and have little to no scratches on (these are even very fine and really visible only upon close inspection).
Unfortunately now a piece of me is broken and formed two large cracks in the upper third with a glass at the top. Happens is this, when I came with the glass when wash by mistake on the edge of my stainless steel sink. The edge is rounded and the force was also not very big. Now the glasses were certainly used much more often in the front row with me and are also upset some time in the pool. This now gives the just "reinforced" top margin at a more gentle push to contradicts somewhat the promise of WMF. My Long Dring glasses from Nachtmann have survived similar problems and are 5 times (!) So old.
Annoying is that a glass in each set costs about 5 individually in replacement but with 10 double (at least here at Amazon). I'll look around the day at local merchants for a better price, because that's def me. too much.
Overall, this is here to beautiful glasses that are as it might suggest WMFs description and the price but not quite as robust. Should it be something more robust, I would look somewhere else anyway.
Overall, I forgive just so 4 stars.
