Generally, this book includes a few nice ideas how to deal with the media overkill. However, there's nothing groundbreaking here. Everyone who has dealt before with self-organization and time management, knows similar ideas. The examples are oriented in fact heavily on the American market. However, one could replace American television stations by private German channels, and then the examples give sense again. Key findings from the book for me: 1. consume less information, than doing it themselves fabricate information. 2. If already consume information, please possible firsthand and not at third hand.
