Nightmare Installation

I use Windows 7 64 bit and have never had problems to install various applications. As a software developer, I'm not exactly inexperienced in such matters. The installation of Outlook 2013 does not work even after two hours of effort. The only error message "This did not work out" and a reference to a list of 15 points of possible causes are the only help. Three points I processed: Uninstall all old Office versions and all Office help files and drivers. Starting in Safe Mode and run a fix, which can be downloaded.

Two hours are definitely too much time to install a single program. There are some even free alternatives that are added not as feature powerful, but their installation is a breeze.

Conclusion: I give back my copy of the software and advise against a purchase!
