The instructions of the cross trainer is a nightmare. Actions that must be done first described at the end of the manual. The various programs and settings go wildly, with a smorgasbord of different header formats. There is no "red line", it is simply a nightmare to deal with it. But through trial and error and learning by doing then you're gonna get out yet how to do it.
It is missing in the instructions a very important note, which is that the device at low speeds actuates a brake. This brake sounds as if you pour sand in a flour mill. After a second or two the device blocked then. I thought that this was and wanted to return the unit already a failure, the Forwarding was already ordered. Then I have found by trial and Internet searches, but that this is specification contemporary behavior, and everything is all right.
But here the positive part of my review: Everything works when the 4 critical nuts are tightened correctly, the machine is silent.
So, in summary:
Mounting: A "Star"
Instructions: A "Star"
Function: 5 "stars".
Makes a total of three "stars".
