if I give one star, it's not that bad evening the device (it is very good) BUT purpose was, among others, 4G, and this is the rub, and one might even say the word of "non scam information from amazon": my son who started the appreil (it is telecom engineer!), the package 4G was subscribed in good and due form, but the unit can be configured to receive 4G in France, whatever the operator for the good reason that it is configured to receive the 4G from German operators !! my son has, via the internet and mobile connected, changed the interface (I suck in the area but it is called "firmware or ROM) and passed the German interface to the French, and there can be configured 4G on the apparatus; So if you receive the same device (europe import) and you can configure 4G, you have two solutions: either to use a telecom engineer notified evening immediately return the product for refund PS: the mobile even on online stores of operators is certainly operational (and simlock) but it is more expensive (about 500 against 300) Dr. PS: I would like to have the feeling of amazon on this topic
