For the price you do not expect much.
Demenstsprechend are the brackets on the wall and not so tight that the boxes hang properly fixed. But you can set it and fall off in the direction they are probably not.

Now have 2,5KG boxes tuned. That's why I suspect that 5KG not be worn, at least not reliably and on time. I would definitely still attach a safety cable.

For the price - TOP.
