Despite its directional beam, I installed it in a candelabra to light outside my door step. It is triggered only when the brightness is low enough, but it does not detect motion through the glass, I am obliged to withdraw. This allows me to reduce the cone, but it is a disadvantage to know. Otherwise, it was delivered very quickly and there is no equivalent in the traditional trade. The color temperature is rather cold, probably 6500K.
