No failure of engraving with this recorder

I use this drive for computer data backups. So it is important that I can read them in a few years if necessary. While the backup to Blu-ray as to decrease profits ubiquitous "Clouds" ....
Maybe it's my age, but I have a reluctance for many reasons at any such "Clouds" which are free and for which the "world company" are waging a war without thank you.
2 Blu-ray the same data stored in two different places, away from excessive heat and high humidity I am quiet.
Provided that the burner is quality. This is the case of this.
