One very briefly in front. I am Maiden fan, but do not own "Dance of Death". When the plate came out well 2 years ago, I lent it to me directly, and also was rather disappointed. But I must also say that I "Brave New World" total cool place, these CDs had seized for weeks in my CD player. What bothered me about this CD something was the point that some riffs and Parts quite similar to its predecessor sounded. And the whole plate left anyway but then just a rather average impression. Today I see something different, because if you "Dance of Death" sounds more you will find that in fact is not a big loss on the plate. Good Part some sounds to be still like in the predecessor, but still this plate no "Brave New World Part II". Alone when I weaker in my eyes "Blaze" albums with these comparisons, then "Dance of Death" is really good again. Sure, the classic middle of the 80 it is no longer ran. But alone so horny as the riffs of "Rainmaker" should but every Maiden fan appeal, right ?! Or tracks like "Wildest Dreams", "Dance of Death (Part ingenious means!)" And "New Frontier". Conclusion: "Dance of Death" is not a great album, and not necessarily the figurehead of Iron Maiden, but it actually has no major weaknesses and offers a lot of usual good riffs If you do not put the expectations too high will be Maiden with a solid album perfectly.. served!
