The unit I had to send it to the manufacturer at my expense, even though I ordered through Amazon for repair.
In the result I am waiting for the time yet.
Update 1/30/2015:
Repair request was made on the manufacturer's website on 04.01.2015, on 01.06.2015, I received by mail a RMA number where it should
I return the instrument at my expense. This I have done on 01.07.2015. On 12/01/2015 I was successful in that the device is now in service.
Until 26.01.2015 no further reaction. The hotline is not reachable, there seems to be next to the listener.
My email by 01.28.2015 to the support was answered as follows: "we allow the will during the week examined and repairs your equipment checked by a technician arithmetic."
As the week was over today, I checked again. The answer: "We expect that their device with the RMA: is assessed and repaired xxx in the next week by a technician.
Another update follows. I can only hoffnen for anyone who buys a unit of the brand XORO .......... it should last forever.
