Take care of the dog (Paperback)

Customer Review

This book has everything to seduce me ... Critics of the Net put forward the bizarre humor of the author, the summary was tantalizing and more, the novelist exercised the same profession as me.

It is therefore with great pleasure that I opened this novel. But soon, the interest has given way to disappointment, boredom and the famous eyebrow and wrinkled, accompanied by the thought "My God, it's heavy."

Yet it still has some novel qualities: first, we really want to know what it is exactly the duel between the two heroes, Max Corneloup, the author of serialized novels, and Eugene Fluche the passionate about painting on egg shell. In addition, the lives of these two buildings vis-à-vis all their inhabitants and, most bizarre (or downright frappadingues!) As each other, is quite friendly and also causes some smiles (suicide by hanging with a elastic, it was daring!). I also really liked the scene that starts the plot, one where one of the heroes accidentally squashes a dog in a box full of books, transforming the former animal living in pretty carpet ... Unfortunately, end of the novel spoils it all ... this is certainly an unexpected end, but so unexpected and almost unrelated to the novel, which again, you can not help but frown ...

I believe that this is mostly a comedy mismatch, but my criticism is not cool you still try your luck as they are hundreds on the blogosphere to have laughed good heart by reading the !
