no LAN after every reboot

written above. Nothing helps neither reinstall firmware updates various device settings. The problem is now apparently not solved for years (Win7 Pro 64bit)
Quite lousy product ... cost me unnecessary time ----> Let merely steer clear of it if you do not want to connect via Wi-Fi. In addition, the docking station are in the meantime all the ghost if you eg. Data transfers there is stuttering or the screen goes completely black short (but that is negligible)

To give what has been said a little emphasis. I am professionally as an IT service self ... have seen the product thus installed correctly etc.
