I really wanted a laser mouse, as this works better and more precise on more different surfaces than an optical mouse.
When I then unpack equal noticed that it is an optical mouse, I thought at first that I must have been a little bleary-eyed when ordering and have it still be equal to use (new computer and only ancient mice at hand).
The Return Period I can now pass, but I am under the circumstances nevertheless quite pleased with her. Since I (about 2 months) anyway have so far only on the desk in the office in operation and had no need for more precision (graphic applications), so was not a serious disadvantage compared to a laser mouse.
Pro:
+ Ergonomics / Haptic -> fits comfortably in your hand, pressure points are good, scroll wheel scans evenly
+ Processing -> good for the price (only the back button is a little more out as the on-key)
+ Good mix of materials: the pages are fingerprint-free and grippy with roughened plastic, while the top is easy to clean glossy plastic in the chic gray-silver Metallic
+ MM chic understated design (only the - usually eh not visible - bottom looks rather cheap looking)
+ Switch on the bottom -> save electricity overnight / when not in use and especially when transporting!
+ Compared to other cheap wireless mice and even Logitech mice fairly low power consumption (after 2 months working day 8 hours, or around 320h operation, no battery change necessary)
Cons:
- NO laser mouse
- CPI / DPI button causes as already established by the previous speaker mE no higher / lower sampling rate - the mouse pointer stutters at each setting minimal across the screen
- Bluetooth connection: just in the first few weeks and then every now and then the mouse after power-up just will not connect to the computer. Although she appears among Bluetooth devices, but there is somehow no communication. So I must have the Bluetooth settings remove it and re-add it, then it goes back (it works now via a desktop shortcut and keyboard quite fast -P)
- Compared to the previous speaker, I would rather further behind, liked the forward / backward buttons further down or larger because my thumb usually lingers in the back third of the little mouse and I hold my hand and the mouse right-twisted or must bend my fingers uncomfortable to use both these buttons and the scroll wheel without "gripping" may
