It is not about a conventional Capri-leggings, but a leggings in pantyhose-type in the 70. So "almost" opaque, unless they are pulled as far down as shown in the picture, then the skin is clearly visible. Had she / imagined dark opaque. The picture is deceptive! Otherwise, it looks very good for miniskirt.
